Songliao Celebrity yachts are made by Dalian Songliao FRP Marine Co., Ltd, which is a joint company founded by Dalian Songliao Shipyard and Canada Winfair Group, located at Ganjingzi District of Dalian. The factory has an area of 20000 ㎡, and 8000 ㎡ workshop. Now there are 50 technicians and 10 foreign experts. It can produce 500 vessels annually, over 20 series.
